Concessions - Home Stand 1

Please contact Anne McKinzie at chsbandconcessions2324@gmail.com if you have any questions or need to cancel your signup. The Home Side is the farthest from the school building and Stand 1 is closest to the gate where home side fans enter.

SET UP: Ensures the stand is clean and ready to open before each event.

CASHIER: Handles money and credit card transactions. May also hand food to customers.

FOOD PREP/COOK: cooks/packages hot foods, such as hot dogs, popcorn, pretzels, nachos, and hot drinks such as hot chocolate or coffee.

RUNNER: Brings food items from the prep area to the cashier or customers and may gather drinks if necessary.

STOCKER: Responsible for moving drinks and food supplies to the appropriate refrigerator, freezers and dry storage areas.

CLEAN UP: Ensures the stand has been cleaned and swept, and that dishes are washed and ready for the next event.
